Turbocast® Ortho Non Sticky

A versatile thermoplastic material designed to support a wide range of immobilization applications. When heated to the proper temperature, the material becomes transparent—clearly indicating that it is ready for molding. Its excellent stretch characteristics allow for highly precise, detailed shaping.

A non-stick coating ensures easy handling and enables direct application onto cotton bandages or lining materials, particularly useful in post-operative patient care. To create a strong bond between layers or components, this coating must be removed in the areas where adhesion is required.

The material can be easily re-molded and re-positioned by locally reheating, offering flexibility and control throughout the treatment process.
